About
After completing the free Rider Self-Assessment, the next step is learning how to correct the limitations you found. Your horse isn’t the only athlete in the arena. Restrictions in hip mobility, weakness, or poor stability can cause riders to brace, lose balance, or struggle to apply consistent aids. This program teaches riders how to improve the mobility, strength, and control of their hips so they can ride with greater stability, independence, and effectiveness in the saddle. Using physical-therapy informed exercises designed specifically for equestrians, you will learn how to address the imbalances and movement restrictions identified in your self-assessment and build a stronger, more functional riding position.
